Allianz blames weather for £63m profit drop
Allianz Insurance has revealed a £63m drop in its profit before tax in the first nine months of 2007 compared with the prior year reporting period.
The insurer has unveiled a profit before tax of £109.4m (2006: £172.4m) despite a net written premium income increase of £81.7m to £1028.7m compared with the first nine months of last year.
