FSA blames resources for not acting over Equitable's Ranson
The Financial Services Authority said it would not take any action against Roy Ranson, former chief executive of Equitable Life because it would not be a good use of resources.
The FSA said that it would not be looking to take any action against Mr Ranson as it would not be an efficient use of its resouces. An FSA spokeswoman told Bloomberg News "we thought at 73 it'sOnly users who have a paid subscription or are part of a corporate subscription are able to print or copy content.
