Scor returns to profit
Troubled French reinsurer Scor has announced that it made a return to profit in 2004 following several years of losses.
The company said that gross written premiums for the year came to €2.5bn, with operating income totaling €106m, up from a loss of €252m in 2003. Group net income was €68.7m, again up from the €314mOnly users who have a paid subscription or are part of a corporate subscription are able to print or copy content.
