JLT expands into eastern Europe following associate deal
Jardine Lloyd Thompson has announced a deal under which SIACI, its 32% owned French associate, will combine with Assurances et Conseils Saint-Honoré, the Paris-based employee benefit services provider and specialist insurance broker.
SIACI and ACSH will continue to trade as separate operating subsidiaries of a newly formed holding company called Newstone Courtage (“Newstone”). The transaction is expected to complete once approvals
