EL market recovered but rate rises needed

The UK employers’ liability insurance market has recovered from an earlier crisis which saw gross written premiums fall in 2005 and 2006, according to a new report by Datamonitor.

The market has regained a normal competitive environment, however, premium rate rises will soon be required if the market’s new found profitability is to be maintained.
