PXRE announces share offering
PXRE Group has announced that it and certain selling shareholders expect to make a public offering of its common shares having an aggregate selling price of approximately $100m (4.08 million shares at the closing price on the NYSE on November 3, 2004) in November 2004.
Of these common shares, 85% are to be offered by PXRE and 15% are to be offered by the company's preferred shareholders. The common shares will be offered by the company and the preferredOnly users who have a paid subscription or are part of a corporate subscription are able to print or copy content.
