Private medical insurance is seen as a better perk than a company car, according to a survey of UK employees by private medical and employee benefits consultant Manson Warner Healthcare.
According to the findings, employees in the UK rank private medical insurance as the most popular incentive to join a company, due to its practical benefits and long term worth.
