RPC hires insurance restructure specialist

Reynolds Porter Chamberlain has appointed Pinsent Masons' insurance restructuring specialist Miriam Bartlett as a partner. She will work within the regulatory and brokers team in RPC’s insurance division.

Miriam advises on the management of insurance run-off portfolios and on exit solutions for solvent and insolvent insurance companies. She has extensive experience of coverage disputes, policy wording

FCA vows to keep pressure on premium finance APRs
