Validus to use all available means to win IPC bid
Validus Holdings has responded to the IPC board decision yesterday to support the original Max Capital bid for the Bermudian company rather than its own rival offer.
In a letter to the chairman of IPC's board of directors, Ed Noonan, Validus' chairman and chief executive officer said: "We are extremely disappointed that IPC's Board of Directors has rejected ourOnly users who have a paid subscription or are part of a corporate subscription are able to print or copy content.
