Lloyd's facing exposure to costliest wildfire in history

Lloyd's is expecting gross claims up to £200m from October's wildfires, which destroyed properties in Southern California.

As well as property Lloyd's will pay some business interruption claims arising from the event, which rating agency Moody's has estimated will cost up to $3.5bn.

A spokeswoman for Lloyd's said a
