Success fees set for EL disease claims
The Civil Justice Council has announced that agreement has been reached on fixed recoverable success fees for Employers Liability (Disease) claims.
A CJC statement today said: "The final mediation meeting on 25th April 2005 culminated in agreement principle after a year of work on this difficult issue.
