Former motor insurer acquired for £1
Charles Taylor Consulting through its wholly owned subsidiary LCL Acquisitions, has acquired 100% of the share capital of Santam Europe Limited from Santam International for £1.
Santam Europe Limited is an Irish resident company which previously wrote UK and Irish motor and property insurance business and is now closed to new business.
