S&P downgrades IPCRe to A-
Ratings agency Standard & Poor's has downgraded its financial strength ratings on Bermudian property catastrophe reinsurer, IPCRe to A- from A, blaming the firm’s lack of diversification.
S&P said the downgrade was down to IPCRe' ‘narrow business focus’ which made it more vulnerable to external factors that are beyond its control than its diversified peers, adding that it believedOnly users who have a paid subscription or are part of a corporate subscription are able to print or copy content.
