IPC rejects new Validus offer
Bermudian (re)insurer IPC Holdings has rejected Validus' improved offer for the company.
"The Board unanimously concluded that the amended amalgamation consideration announced by Validus on May 18, 2009 does not constitute a superior proposal and is not in the best interests of IPC,"Only users who have a paid subscription or are part of a corporate subscription are able to print or copy content.
