Bankstone and SSP unveil online claims validation 'first'
Broker software house SSP has produced what is claimed to be the first instant online validation system for a claims firm's call centre.
Outsourced claims provider Bankstone, of Brighouse, west Yorkshire, has implemented the system for its call centre, whereby it automatically populates the firm's claims-handling system with client
