Arig unveils first half 2004 results

Arab Insurance Group (Arig) has announced its results for the first half of 2004, along with plans for increasing capital by a rights issue.

The Group reported a continued rise in its net profits, registering $12.2m for the first six months of 2004, almost double the $7.6m it made during the full year 2003. Underwriting profits increased
