A question of time

The Ministry of Justice's proposed changes to the personal injury claims system with much tighter time frames to admit liability has raised fears that a 'have a go' mentality will emerge. Will reduced claimant solicitor investigation mean more spurious claims slip through, or are there sufficient filters in place? Marcus Alcock reports
