Donna Claydon joined AXA Insurance in 1995 as a motor and household claims negotiator. Within two years, she secured her first leadership role, and at the age of 25 she was in a full management grade role. Today, she leads 130 staff members across two sites as a liability claims operations manager. Olivier C Laurent reports
