Former Google AI lead raises concerns over AI use in insurance
Toju Duke, former programme manager for responsible artificial intelligence at Google, has raised concerns about the potential impact of heavy AI use on the cognitive abilities of insurance workers.
Duke, pictured left, who went on to become founder and CEO of Bedrock AI, said with AI everywhere it is easy to forget that we are being forced into a way of working that we didn’t do before.
