AND-E’s leadership programme for women aims to avoid ‘internalising’ issues

Training for women in insurance needs to move away from skills to focus on behaviour to avoid further burnout, AND-E’s head of organisational development Pamela Avornyo has said as the firm reports positive outcomes from its inaugural programme.

In June, AND-E completed its first-ever leadership programme aimed at mid-to-senior women with 11 out of 12 participants reporting improved self-trust, workplace agency and confidence.
