Sabre shows ‘strong growth’ despite continued under-pricing

Geoff Carter

Sabre Insurance Group has today (4 August) announced it has grown its HY 2026 gross written premium by 16% compared to the same period last year, but CEO Geoff Carter says premiums are 15% off where they need to be.

For the six months up to 30 June 2026, Sabre reported GWP of £116m, compared to the £100m for the same period in 2025.

“Very strong growth, over 15% up year-on-year,” Carter, pictured, said.
