Motor and travel insurance complaints on the rise
Complaints about motor and travel insurance both increased in the second quarter of 2026, according to the latest data from the Financial Ombudsman Service.
The service received 53,600 complaints in total between April and June 2026, broadly stable on the previous quarter but well down on the 68,000 recorded in the same period last year, when volumes were
