Insurers told to brace staff for AI disruption

Artificial intelligence will reshape rather than replace many roles, provided insurers invest in training and encourage employees to experiment safely, according to panelists at the Managing General Agents' Association conference.

Nathan Holt, director of underwriting for ARAG, pictured right, told insurers gathered at today’s (7 July) MGAA conference that people are worried about losing their jobs to AI.
