Minster Law reports 230% uptick in alternative dispute resolution

The motor claims insurance industry should become more proactive in adopting alternative dispute resolution to cut costs and court waiting times, according to Minster Law’s chief commercial officer Paul Taylor.

Taylor, who has more than 20 years’ experience of the motor claims industry, said the law firm has seen a 230% year-on-year increase in ADR cases.
