Specialty growth helps Crawford weather quieter claims year
Crawford UK and Ireland president Paul Lofkin has reflected on the claims environment so far this year, and revealed the business is no longer looking at the weather out of the window, but focusing on global risks.
With a benign weather year so far this year, Lofkin, pictured, said “the frequency business has been quieter”.
However, he said the claims team at Crawford has “still been busy”.
