Intact exploring Hiscox acquisition
Multiple sources have told Insurance Post that Intact is exploring a potential bid for Hiscox as it tries to build out its commercial lines business.
Sources at the British Insurance Brokers’ Association conference said with Intact completing its integration of NIG and Farmweb into the business, it is looking at its next big move.
