Roles that got a pay increase or cut in insurance revealed
Salary changes were uneven across the insurance industry in 2025, with some roles seeing significant increases while others experienced dips, while data highlights big differences between regions.
Average advertised salary growth for the insurance and finance sector was 4.5% in 2025, lower than the UK average of 5.3%, according to research from recruitment company Reed.
