Former RSA Ireland CEO disqualified for 13 years
The Central Bank of Ireland has reprimanded and disqualified former RSA Ireland CEO Philip Smith for his admitted participation in a breach of financial services law by the firm.
Back in 2013, Smith plus then chief financial officer Rory O’Connor and claims director Peter Burke were all suspended by RSA Ireland as part of an investigation into claims and finance issues.
