Budget leak confirms IPT receipts expected to hit £10bn by 2030

An extraordinary leak of the Office for Budget Responsibility’s post-budget report has revealed the impact of the autumn budget for insurers, with insurance premium tax receipts expected to hit £10bn by the end of the decade.
