Which? names and shames insurers with low claims acceptance rates

Which? has found continued hesitancy from home insurers when accepting claims.

Earlier this year, the group called out insurers, claiming their “potentially unfair definitions of storms and floods” are being used to reject claims made by customers who have had their property
