Biba survey finds improvements in insurer service

Gracechurch and the British Insurance Brokers’ Association have released the latest findings from their UK Insurers Monitor, revealing several improvements to service scores but a lag in claims.

The latest six-monthly results, based on a study of over 400 brokers in the UK, show an uplift service quality, with the market average Net Promoter Score up seven points since the end of 2024, and

Allianz to open four broker hubs
