CFC appoints Jane Poole as group CFO
Former Direct Line Group chief financial officer Jane Poole will be joining CFC in September, subject to regulatory approval.
She will be replacing outgoing group CFO Michael Grist, who will remain with the business in an advisory capacity following 15 years with the business.
