Compare the Market finds pet owners lack home insurance
More than half (52%) of pet owners do not have sufficient home insurance, Compare the Market research has revealed.
This means a lack of coverage should any damage be inflicted on their home by their pets.
The most common types of pet damage reported were scratched floors or furniture (52%), stained carpets or rugs
