Law firm executives deny ‘missing millions’ charges

Five former executives of shuttered law firm Axiom Ince have pleaded not guilty to all charges brought against them by the Serious Fraud Office in relation to approximately £66m of missing client money.

All defendants appeared before Judge Tony Baumgartner at Southwark Crown Court on Wednesday (30 April) in what was their third court appearance since the SFO charged the five in December.
