
Insurance complaints take a slight dip

The Financial Conduct Authority’s latest data has shown insurance and pure protection complaints decreased 6% from 764,272 in the first half of 2024 to 718,496 in the second half.
According to the data, financial services firms received 1.78 million complaints in H2 2024 (1 July to 31 December 2024), a 4.3% decrease from 2024 H1 (1.86 million).
