Ageas rules out any more bids for DLG
Ageas has confirmed that, following two failed attempts, the Belgian insurer “will not” make any more offers for Direct Line Group.
The day after DLG’s financial results were released, Ageas has announced that it will no longer seek a deal to acquire the UK personal lines insurer.
In a statement by the Belgian insurer, it said:
