ABI tells insurers to up their game on apprenticeships

The Association of British Insurers has said more “tangible action” is needed to boost the numbers of apprenticeships being offered by the insurance sector.

Comments that progress has “stalled” when it comes to apprenticeships came after the ABI delivered an update one year on after it published its Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Blueprint.

FCA vows to keep pressure on premium finance APRs

The Financial Conduct Authority has said it will “continue to put pressure” on companies offering premium finance in a bid to continue lowering annual percentage rates after revealing the impact its enforcement action has had so far.
