Lloyd’s DEI role model ‘leaves job after misconduct allegations’
A report has suggested Lloyd’s former DEI role model, and Beazley’s chief risk officer, Rob Anarfi, has left the insurer over ‘non-financial misconduct allegations’.
A Beazley spokesperson confirmed Anarfi, pictured, left the firm “in early 2025” but declined to comment further.
However, according to a City AM report, Anarfi left Beazley following allegations of
