While Lloyd’s Culture Survey 2020 results show a modicum of progress, ethnic minorities’ and women’s experiences continue to drag – even before considering the pandemic impact.
One of many stark figures reported: 4% of respondents (or just under 250 people out of 6171) witnessed sexual harassment in the market in the twelve months prior to taking the survey.
