FCA fires warning shot on insurance culture and misconduct
Insurance firms must be proactive in tackling “unhealthy” culture issues and misconduct, the Financial Conduct Authority has warned CEOs.
In the ‘Dear CEO’ letter, Jonathan Davidson, FCA executive director of supervision, retail and authorisations, urged industry leaders to do more to tackle non-financial misconduct and culture failings
