Neal emphasises the importance of speaking up about bullying and harassment

Lloyd’s CEO John Neal has underscored the importance of individuals speaking out about instances of bullying and harassment at a panel discussion on the first day of the Dive In festival.

His comments coincided with the release of the results of Lloyd’s culture survey, which revealed that less than half of those who had witnessed sexual harassment in the market felt comfortable raising

Lloyd’s profits fall to £3.5bn

Lloyd’s profit before tax fell from £4.2bn in the first half of 2025 to £3.5bn in the first six months of 2026, as lower investment returns offset a "strong" underwriting performance.
