Insurers to implement no-deal plans following Brexit vote

Insurers may be forced to implement their no-deal contingency plans due to political uncertainty arising from yesterday’s House of Commons vote.

The defeat of Prime Minister Theresa May’s proposed Brexit deal means the country has entered “uncharted territory”, the Association of British Insurers has warned.

The proposed deal would mean that
