Lloyd’s to cut regulatory red tape, says Hancock
Lloyd’s plans to reduce the regulatory burden on market participants as the corporation focuses on a “risk-based” approach to oversight, performance director Jon Hancock said.
The Lloyd’s performance director said the corporation will scale back its reporting regime for individual market syndicates in favour of a risk-based approach that focuses on the larger risks
