Asta-managed syndicate reports profit in first year
Dale Underwriting Partners has posted a modest profit in its first year of account, despite “challenging” market conditions.
Syndicate 1729, managed by Asta, reported a profit of 0.6% on its initial stamp capacity of £75m.
It wrote £45m of gross net written premiums in 2014, and 43% was new business to Lloyd's. The majority
