XL's Jadine and Brit's Wilson join LMG board

The London Market Group has appointment Paul Jardine, executive vice president and chief experience officer of XL Group and Matthew Wilson, Group CEO of Brit, to its board.

Jadine and Wilson were nominated by the LMA board as representatives of the managing agency community.

Jardine joined Catlin in 2001 with responsibility for the development of new financial products

Hidden risks in insurers’ culture and misconduct data

Insurers are under growing regulatory pressure to treat non-financial misconduct as a core conduct risk, according to Loka Venkatramana from Pathlight Associates, who says they should use cultural and behavioural data with the same rigour as financial metrics to identify and address problems before they damage customers, staff or the market.
