W.R. Berkley Insurance Australia rebrands
Property and casualty insurer W.R. Berkley Insurance Australia is rebranding as Berkley Insurance Australia.
The operations will become a branch of Berkley Insurance Company rather than as a branch of W. R. Berkley Insurance (Europe).
The company will make the full transition within 90 days.
