Career File - Richard Ward: Departing Lloyd's CEO named Brit chairman
Lloyd's chief executive Richard Ward will become Brit Insurance Holdings chairman once he steps down from his current role at the end of the year.
Ward, who is Lloyd's longest‑serving CEO (having being appointed in 2006), will move to Brit on 1 February where he will be chairman of the company and of Brit Syndicates.
