Lancashire shareholders back Cathedral buy
A £266m acquisition of Cathedral Capital looks set to go ahead after shareholders of Lancashire Group voted overwhelmingly in favour of the deal.
Lancashire first announced its intention to acquire the firm in early August, and held a special general meeting on 5 September for a shareholder vote.
99% of shareholders approved the deal, which
