Cathedral listed for sale by PE backer
Lloyd's managing agent Cathedral Capital has been put up for sale by its majority owner Alchemy, a private equity group.
According to reports, the firm is expected to command a price of more than £250m.
Achemy invested in Cathedral in December 2006, taking a 63% stake in the business for £113m.
