Utley settles on Lloyd’s Equity charges

Neil Utley

Former Equity chief executive Neil Utley has been barred from applying for Lloyd's director positions for two years under terms agreed in a settlement on charges of detrimental conduct.

In settling two charges of detrimental conduct brought against him by Lloyd's, Utley has also agreed to pay £130 000 towards Lloyd's external and internal costs. 

As Equity CEO, Lloyd's argued that

Only users who have a paid subscription or are part of a corporate subscription are able to print or copy content.
